Chapter 18Although the first showing wasn't until three-thirty that afternoon, the main entrance doors were unlocked. However, when we entered the lobby, there was no one in sight. Several boxes of unopened merchandise were stacked on and around the concession counter, as if someone had been in the middle of unpacking them and had walked away, maybe to take a break.
