The next morning, Saidi woke up to find that Daniel was nowhere in sight. As curiosity got the better of her, she listened closely and heard someone singing in the kitchen. Quietly, she made her away toward the sound. To her surprise, Daniel was dancing with enthusiasm. She couldn’t help but grin at the sight. He was cooking when he suddenly noticed Saidi peeking at him behind the wall. As he turned to look, Saidi quickly ducked out of sight. Feeling slightly embarrassed, he slowly walked toward her, a hint of awkwardness in his steps. He said, “Why are you staring at me? Are you falling for me?’’ Saidi tried to keep a cold demeanor but couldn’t hold back and burst into laughter. His cheeks turned red as he blushed, looking a bit shy. She elbowed him playfully and replied, “First of all, I haven’t fallen for you. And I didn’t know you had so many hidden talents.’’ She walked with a grin on her face, and he couldn’t help but stare at her. A deep blush spread across his cheeks as he began to realize he was falling for her. After a while, as she sat at the table, he served the food. After taking a bite, she smiled and said it was delicious. His face lit up with joy at her compliments. As they ate, they discussed their plan to steal the key to the lock. He told her their mission would take place that night. She said, “We need to attend the party where Officer Kailer Gomez will be.’’ He said, “You’ll need to get his fingerprint. Can you handle that?’’ She confidently replied, “Leave it to me.” That night, Saidi attended the party, wearing a stunning dress. As she entered, Officer Kailer Gomez’s eyes immediately spotted her. She took a seat next to him, while Daniel, posed as a waiter. He served drinks to them. Officer Gomez began chatting with Saidi as they drank. Meanwhile, Daniel couldn’t help but feel a twinge of jealousy. As the night went on, Officer Gomez drank more and more. Eventually, he became dizzy and fainted. Their plan had succeeded. They ran off as quickly as they could, getting into the car and driving away. Saidi asked, “Did you collect the fingerprint?’’ He replied, “Yes, I did. By the way, you looked like a bomb tonight.’’ As they both blushed, the tension in the car seemed to shift. Saidi smiled slightly, trying to mask her embarrassment, while Daniel couldn’t hide the warmth spreading across his cheeks.
