Lilly and I had decided to spend the day together since we haven't had the chance to hang out in a while.
Lilly wanted to go shopping and then for some food so I just agreed.
"How's work been?" I asked her as I stared out the window while she drove
"It's been alright, it's probably the best job I've had though. I'm quite glad we moved here"
"That's good and yeah me too, I've actually made some really nice friends which I would never have met if I stayed at the palace"
"Isn't it weird to think about, your a real true life princess, kid. Your going to be queen one day"
"Not if I don't go back" I told her
"I understand why you left, with the things you told me I do get it. I would hate life like that too but is it really fair on the people? Your parents aren't going to be around forever. What then?" She asked
She was right, they wouldn't be around forever and here I was trying to live a completely different life.
"Let's talk about this another time" I suggested since the thought of going back was really ruining my mood.
Would I really have to go back? The people needed a ruler but did it have to be me?
Stopping at the red light an absolutely gorgeous car stopped beside us.
I was staring at car in awe when the window rolled down.
The view simply ruined my thoughts.
A beautiful car driven by an ugly boy.
Isaac
"Who's your friend?" Lilly laughed
"Ew far from it" i fake gagged and tried to keep looking forward.
I could still feel his watchful eyes on me though and I didn't like it one bit.
Can't the lights change already?
Eventually when we do move we went straight forward while he luckily turned left.
"Jerk" I muttered under my breath
"Does little princess here have a crush" she said poking my side
"Definitely not, I would prefer to hug a cobra thank you very much"
"Okay arabella, Okay"
"Just shut up and drive"
"Drive, drive" Lilly sang the next words
I wasn't actually intending that but oh well
I then turned the radio so we could actually sing along to them songs instead
That made the journey quicker which I was happy about.
We ended up shopping for a good 4 hours. The shopping centre was massive and Lilly always made sure to take her time so she didn't miss anything, meaning she also looked everywhere.
I didn't mind all that much though, it was just nice spending time with her.
I was so glad that I had met Lilly that day, I would have had a completely different life right now if I didn't meet her.
Speaking of which, I wonder how Lydia is doing. I truly hoped the best for her and I hope she is doing well. I miss her so much, she's the reason I met Lilly.
She's the reason I knew a good escape route, with out her I wouldn't be shopping here with Lilly as Rosalie Parker.
"I think I'm done now, how about we go get some food? Shopping really takes it out of me" smiled Lilly
"I agree, let's eat"
"Follow me then, let me show you heaven" she laughed
I laughed as well while following her. We came to a stylish yet old fashioned looking restaurant.
We were about to enter when two people walked out.
Two people I didn't expect to see, especially together and especially holding hands
"Rose?" Came Olivia's voice
"Uh Hey" Lucas said unsure
I looked at their intwined hands but they quickly both let go
"What's going on?" I asked
"Nothing" Olivia quickly replied
"Oh really? Because it looks like a date to me" I told them
"Okay, Yes. We are on a date but we didn't expect to be seen here" she admitted
"Why would it matter if your seen?" I asked
They looked confused
"People don't know, not even my best friends know and the same with her. What are they all going to think?" Lucas explained to me
"Hang on, are you both an item?"
"Yeah but only for a couple weeks" Olivia answered
"So why do you care about what people think? If you like each other then you like each other and that's the end of it. You life don't concern other people and if your too worried about what others think then you'll never live fully, I think you make a good couple. I just wish you would've told me"
"Thank you rose and I think your right" Lucas smiled
Olivia hugged me while thanking me also
"I really think you should at least tell your friends, I mean you can't hide them from Kate and Harriet and it wouldn't be fair for me to hide it either"
I reasoned with her
"You right, I will tell them. I don't think Kate will like it but your right. It's my choice to make. I will them soon don't worry" Olivia told me
"Good, now I have to get Lilly here some food before she swallows all of us instead" I laughed
"I ain't that bad, Jesus rose" she replied nudging me
"Alright well have a nice meal guys" Lucas said.
We said our goodbyes and then me and Lilly headed inside.
If Olivia had to choose one of them boys then I'm really glad she chose Lucas, he's the nicest and seems the most respectful of them all. Well done liv.
"Oh how I don't miss teenage drama" Lilly stated
"Your 20, stop acting so old!"
