Alex gets up from the table when he sees us approaching, so that he can take the extra beverages that I helped Dad bring over. Alex kisses the side of my head, and I hear Lady sigh in my head.
"Alpha Robert, it is nice seeing you again." Alex says politely to Dad, slightly bowing his head. "Please son, no more of this Alpha or bowing business. You are my daughter's mate and will be running our pack with her one day soon. There is no need for such a formal relationship." Dad answers Alex.
I can feel the pride swelling in my chest, as my father fully accepts my mate. I smile at both of them, as we take seats at the table. "Mom, Dad, this is Kira's dad, Alpha Robert Daniels." Alex introduces.
