James rushed towards the source of the scream, and he saw a woman in distress, crouched on the ground with a small green snake hissing at her, spitting venom.
The woman's ankle bore two tiny puncture marks, and blood was trickling out. In an instant, James reacted, picking up the snake and flinging it far away.
