All my life, I’ve seen what grief does to people. It eats away at their happiness bit by bit as if shredding off one’s skin until there’s nothing but bones left.
I’ve had firsthand experience with it. What happened to me when I was younger has never ceased to ruin every happy moment that I have. The memories are there, vivid in the back of my mind; never allowing me to live in peace.
