“What's the agenda for the meeting, Nadia?” Jackson asked. Nadia held her clipboard and looked at the notes she had taken specifically for this. “Rogue members want to join the pack. The truce with Gemstone pack is on the verge, the supply route is being hijacked by other wolves and we're behind on what we promised.”
“And what is the Alpha of Gemstone saying?” Jackson asked, raising his brows. He was holding back from what he wanted to say. Their pack had mercy on Gemstone and to end the fight years ago, they had agreed to swap supplies. Who were they to think that they could threaten the pack?
“Well, he said he's going to put an end to the truce if we don't do something about it,” Nadia said, a little timidly.
