Mia's POV: I turned my head. Although my mind told me he didn't want to kiss me, my heart was pounding so hard that I believed he was going to kiss me. I heard him chuckle. His fingers grazed the side of my cheek before tucking strands of my hair behind my ear. I blushed, embarrassed. “I wasn't going to kiss you. I just wanted to get this hair out of your face.” he chuckled, amused by my reaction. He straightened and walked back to his seat. “I want to be able to see you while we spend time together.” I smiled back at him although I was burning with embarrassment.
