I swallowed. “Is Armani that dangerous?” I asked. I tried not to judge him from his cover. But, the truth was that I had a hunch. Genevieve confirming it just made the fact so much more real. Why was Chloe still with someone like him?
Genevieve nodded. “I did a quick profile on him. He sells drugs, Chloe. Has served time for it as well. People like him are never any good. He's a bad wolf. He won't hesitate to harm you if you cross the line. I hope you're ready.”
