Amelia POV Forget the suitcase, forget my car. I had my wallet with my id to get me through back to the human realm, a good pair of hiking boots and my wits. That would have to be enough. I marched over to the door and knocked briskly. “Lydia! I need to speak with you.” After a moment the door opened. Lydia eyed me cautiously. “I know you’re under orders to keep me inside, but I really am pregnant. I can’t be confined indoors all day.
