ERix's POV
I woke up with Clay wailing beside me.
"Hey buddy, are you hungry?" I asked him.
His big brown eyes stared at me as if he wanted to say to me.
"Wait for a bit, okay? Daddy's going to mix your formula. It'll be ready in a minute," I told him before grabbing a bottle and putting in some lukewarm water.
It's been a month. I'm used to waking up around three in the morning to feed Clay and change his diaper. Sometimes when he cries, I must carry him and hum a song. And sometimes, when he missed Rain, he would cry so hard that I had to take him to my aunt.
Being a father was hard for me. Maybe if Rain was by my side, it would be easier. Killian took her away again from me, and this time he took her somewhere; he knew I couldn't find them.
