Chapter 9. The Race Begins..

1889 Words
Once Leon had left his sister's highschool he had happily whistled as he walked to work. He got awkward stares because of how big his grin was but he honestly didn't care. Life felt like it was looking up for him even though he was doing...unspeakable things with his little sister, things that would make their mother turn in her grave. He knew it was wrong..All of it from the beginning when he had his first s****l thought about her to when he jerked off of in his bathroom to her. But he couldn't help it, there was just something extremely alluring about Cas. It wasn't her face..hair..body..any of it..It was the fact of her innocence that addicted him so much and the fact that he'd always, along with Sear, be there for her unlike all these little wimpy boys who didn't even deserve to talk to her. While walking to work though..His smile began to fade as his thoughts shifted from what happened the night before and then in the bathroom, to remembering the odd behavior from Sear and Cas her might he carried her home. That night...Cas was already wet when he entered her. It wasn't from her washing up.. No this was a certain kind. Just then, he came to a stop and completely lost himself to his thoughts for awhile. Was Sear feeling the same way over Cas as he was?? No that couldn't be possible.. Sear loved Riley but then again..She did rip his heart out. Would Sear of done things with Cas before he did?? Maybe that's why Cas was trying to hide from him when they came home that night.. Leon stood there in thought for awhile before the sudden bump of shoulders snapped him out of it right in time to catch the small body of a blonde haired girl before she fell. The girl had let out a little squeak when she bumped into the mountain that was Leon's body and then felt her face heat up when she looked up to see this tan and very handsome man. "H-Hello.. I'm so sorry for bumping into you. I wasn't watching where I was going and.. Heh I'm kinda clumsy." The girl spoke shyly that Leon almost didn't hear her, it did amuse him though, in a weird way. "It's alright. I shouldn't of been standing in the middle of the sidewalk like this. I'm glad I was able to catch you in time though." He smirked slightly once he watched the blue eyes of this girl seem to glimmer slightly at his words. "Oh..So am I.. Im Claire by the way even though that's probably not relevant as we probably won't meet again after walking our separate ways." She began to ramble but was quickly cut off by Leon's words. "Ah.. Claire, that's a nice name. I'm Leon and I wouldn't say that. I wouldn't mind running into you again." This time his words seemed to make her melt and go weak at the knees. This guy's voice was like music to her ears and his appearance was absolutely pleasing to view at even though his personality could be absolute s**t. She was hoping otherwise though. "I would um..love to see you again but I really should be heading to work." Claire spoke but as she did she averted her eyes from him for enough time to scratch down something on a piece of paper and hand it to him. He raised his eyebrow, realizing he was still holding her arms, he released them so she could write whatever it was that was so important. "I should be heading to work myself." His eyes never left her as he was handed the piece of paper with what he could now see was her number. This caused him to smirk and her to blush without him noticing. "Well..Now you know how to get in contact with me. I really hope you're not some deranged serial killer or something.." Leon let out a chuckle quietly while speaking in his head "Something like a guy who f***s his sister.." But he didn't dare say it as not to scare the poor girl off so he just nodded to her and flashed another smirk at her. "Don't worry. I'm not going to kill you and chop you up into little pieces.. You're too beautif-..." While Leon spoke his phone began to ring, playing his ringtone which happened to be his favorite song. Claire giggled a bit at the ringtone but nodded to him. "I'll let you finish that sentence the next time we see each other. See ya Leon." And like that..She quickly walked off but turned to wave at him before accidentally stumbled on a broken piece of sidewalk, luckily not falling. Leon couldn't help but laugh internally at how clumsy this girl was..Kinda like how Cas was. Before he could get caught off on his old train of thought though he clicked the answer call button. "Hello this is Leon Harmon." He waited until he heard the high pitched voice of the principal from Cas's highschool. "Hello Sir. This is Principal Callahan..I'm calling in regards to Castiel. Your sister." He held the phone away from his ear slightly to avoid hearing loss from this woman's voice. "Yes. What about her? I brought her backpack earlier I'm sure she can't be getting in any trouble that soon.." "Oh she's not in trouble! Not at all." "Then what's the problem?" Leon quickly interrupted, kind of in a rush while he started heading to work, not realizing that he had been taking a longer time to get to work than usual because of earlier and his meeting with Claire. "The problem is that we can't find her. Some students saw her run out of the school. We were hoping you would know where she is." Once again...Words stopped him in his tracks and he stood there on the sidewalk. "I don't know where she is but I might have a clue. Thank you for bringing this to my attention Mrs. Callahan." "It is no problem at all. We just are worried about her, seems a bad rumor is going around school about her." He let out a soft sigh. "Is that so?..I'll be sure to ask her about it. Again..Thank you, I'll be sure to check with you when I walk her to school tomorrow. Alright..Goodbye." They exchanged a quick goodbye before Leon hung up and growled under his breath. God damn this girl was for breaking the rules today. Luckily he knew where she would've run to if she was upset and that was home. Once he slipped his phone into the back pocket that wasn't containing his wallet, Leon began taking large strides as he ran towards home which was about 6 or 7 blocks away from him at this moment. He didn't think of punishing Cas this time for leaving school, something in his gut made him know what the rumors were about. He also knew that she wasn't home alone..Sear stayed home from work today so he'd of course be there comforting her. God damn it..Why did he have to do that to Cas earlier in the bathroom, he could've just handed her the backpack and went to work but his lustful hunger got the better of him. "Grrr..." A low growl escaped his lips as he panted hard, still running down the sidewalk to his home. Sadly....and for the final, annoying, time Leon was stopped by something blocking his path on the sidewalk. It was a crying Riley. Boy did she look awful...Her hair look unwashed and the sweats she was wearing had a few stains on them. He thought about running to the other side of the road to the other sidewalk to avoid her altogether but he was too late. She spotted him and perked up. Riley seemed to teleport in front of him from how fast she sprinted to him. "Leon! It's you! Oh my gosh I'm so happy to see you! You can help me can't you??" "Um...How would I help when you're the one that f****d up." He spoke while taking a step back from her. At this moment he didn't see how Sear was attracted to this girl. Maybe she had a good personality.. But he didn't care right now. He needed to get past her and home. "I know I did okay! But I need Sear..I need him in my life and I want him back but he won't talk to me. Maybe you can help me? Please get him to talk to me." Leon sneered a bit at her words. "If he doesn't want to talk to you then he doesn't want to. I'm his brother. Not his warden...Sorry Riley but I've got more important things to do." Not knowing, he spoke the same words Sear did just about 30 minutes ago and he saw the slight twinge in Riley's body. "Sear had something more important to do as well.. I guess I'll let you guys handle your business.." With that said and without giving Leon time to respond. Riley returned to crying while walking past him and walking away. Leon let off a little shrug before resuming his run down the sidewalk, inching closer and closer to his house. So she was home and Sear must've talked to her for awhile..Damn.. Finally though...Leon reached the house and swiftly pulled his keys from his pocket to unlock the front door, step through it and shut and lock the door quietly once he was inside. He heard the faint sound of crying coming from up the stairs and knew it was Cas. Leon quietly took off his boots by the front door then made his way up the stairs, taking the few steps towards Cas's door but right before he opened it. He could hear Sear speaking to her. Curiously, he placed his ear against the door to listen, hearing Sear speak softly to a snoring Cas. "I'm always here for you Cas..I love you.." Sear took a soft but deep breath before speaking again. "Way more than you'll ever know.." Leon felt himself tense up a bit. Sear did care for Cas in the same special way that he did. There was no mistaking Sear's words to their sleeping sister..for anything else except what they plainly were. He stood there for a few moments, thinking and holding his hand over the door handle but soon stepped back from it and walked downstairs to sit his butt on the couch. Leon was not going to just give up their sister to Sear...Hell no. Plus..Sear wasn't the one she gave her virginity to so at least Leon had something over on Sear. Or did he? He honestly didn't know. A part of him didn't want to know what those two had done. A part of him didn't care. The part that did care though...Was slowly filling with anger and a feeling he could only describe as jealousy. Leon may not fully know what happened between those two but he did know he loved his sister in a new and special way. He wasn't going to lose her and that...The race for Castiel's heart had just begun...and he wasn't going to lose.. To be Continued...~
