Chapter 27. Homecoming Part 2
By the time she had headed outside after the small stand off with her brother, Zeru had quickly walked out, down the street then took a corner so that she only got a glimpse of someone she thought was Zeru, soon heading after them. This time of the day, people were busy coming home or going out so there were quite a few people on the sidewalks and pulling out of their driveways so with a few stops here and there to avoid getting backed over. Cas finally caught up to the man she was chasing. Grabbing his arm. "Zer-...." Once the man turned to the small girl in confusion she mumbled an "I'm sorry, I thought you were someone else," then ran off before a further exchange could be made. She had no idea which way Zeru had headed off or how far away he was and the thought alone made her angry
