6 Sorrel The warriors bundled me in a cloak smelling of them, walked me quickly to a side of the mountain I’d never been before. “I’ll leave you here,” Knut said as we came to the mouth of a cave. “The Alphas are waiting.” “Come,” Thorsteinn pushed me towards the dark entrance. I shrank back, my legs turning to stone. “Shhh, it’s all right. See?” Vik bounded inside. “It’s not a dead end.
