I woke up in a haze. My eyes were blurry, my tongue and teeth felt fuzzy, and my head felt like it was full of rocks. Looking around the room I was in, it was unrecognizable. The stone walls were wet with condensation, and the floor was filthy. The only things in the room, aside from myself, were a small metal bucket in the corner and a pile of what seemed like tattered bedding beneath me. There was a lone window, small and narrow, but very tall, and a single wooden door with no handle. Wherever I was, it was clearly meant to keep me inside, trapped.
