"Nice move Francis," I cheered, turning to him with a smile on my face. "You showed them who's boss!!"
"Yeah I did," he replied, chuckling as he took another turn. "No need to let them get under our skin is there?"
"Of course not. She's with another man now isn't it?" I asked. "Funny how she does it."
"Does what?" he asked, turning to me with a surprised look.
I blushed. "Leave you Francis. I mean I don't want to sound cheap but c'mon. Who could resist your eyes?"
I watched as his smile got to it's length, his eyes still focused on the road. "Thanks for the compliment Aurora," he said curtly, his voice smooth.
I nodded, my eyes still fixed on him. He took it as a compliment, meek as ever. But he had no idea how hot I felt around him.
