"I swear mother," Brielle replied, taking a quick step towards me. "No one would know about our little secret...."
"Enough!!" I roared, disgusted by her little movements. Sometimes I just wished she was better, wiser perhaps.
I turned my attention back to the closet, my eyes scanning the content with a practiced ease.
"You'll reveal your intentions now wouldn't you huh?" I began to say, taking one more step towards the closet. "You would now would you?!"
"Mother," Brielle called in a whisper, distracting me. "Who are you speaking to? There's no one here."
