Lyra walked up to the Professor with an unwavering smile. She stole glances at Aurelia as she moved, her smile growing wider with each step.
"The Sentinels are ready for today's training sir," she revealed, her voice feigning and dripping with unsettling sweetness.
The Professor's eyes narrowed in embarrassment. He knew she had heard it all, heard him professing love to his student.
