Maddison Lorenzo. I gasp awake and sit up so fast my head spins. For a second I don’t know where I am, then everything from last night slams into me all at once. My socks are still on. My purse is on the bed. I’m still wearing the same clothes! And then I see his face. Adonis’s face, clear as day in my mind’s eye. I hear his voice, the way he looked at me, and I shake my head like I can force the memory out. It doesn’t work. My lips start tingling and I slap my mouth like that will erase it, because I remember what I did with them. I kissed. I kissed. I kissed him. No. No way.
