"Why are you still standing here?" She helped him with the bags inside. "Baby help uncle Jack with the bags to the kitchen"

"Thank you Miss. Good night" Jack left with both Alex and Akira going to lock the gate behind him.

She unpack the bags but left them midway and sat down and they came back and lock the door.

"Mom this is a monthly grocery"

"Thanks to my generous boss. He purchased all that. Your food is somewhere inside the bags"

Alex took her bag and shoes the her bedroom and came back with slippers. They unpacked the bags and heat the takeaways whilst telling her about how their day at school was.

Amelia could only listen to them smiling at silly things they say. This was the kind of environment that she is used to not silence. Still listening to her children her thoughts drifted to William.

How can someone be so heavenly handsome and elegant yet have no one to embrace it? He is so heartless and arrogant and egoist. Ohh they forgot to mention that he is sarcastic too. Lord what an annoying species.

In William's car, the warm atmosphere changed after the drop Amelia at her place. The atmosphere bacame heavy and unbearable. Lucas and Jack could feel the chills down their spine.

William couldn't focus on work after what Amelia said to him. She messed with his mind. What is this? Am supposed to hate women with no exception. All this woman are the same.

But how can she say he is nothing like what the romous say about him. Isn't this the same woman who was trembling and begging before him the other day? Could it be she was trembling because she was afraid to loose the job not because she is scared of him? William thought.

On the other hand Jack and Lucas were talking telepathic. They will both stare at William every now and then and shrug their shoulders. Last time they saw William troubled like that was 15 years ago.

Why doed it seem that they are back in those days and why the sudden chills, wasn't he in good mood not so long ago?

They arrive at the gate of William's villa "Yooh gate man let us in" Lucas grinned at his twin brother.

"Do you really have to be so noisy even at night?" He said opening the gate lazily.

"How is your night so far? You look like you could use some sleep" Jack teased.

"Just shut up all of you. Luke see me in study now" a cold voice suddenly thunder inside the car jolting everyone down.

"Yes sir" Luke said after he recovered and their was long defying silent after until they reach the mansion entrance.

Luke was left at the gate wondering what could be the problem with William. Yes he is an angry bird but never had mood swings. He then left his co-workers and went behind the car.

"Guys come on you going to miss the bus. What's taking so long?" Amelia called waiting at the door.

Yesterday they slept late because the her children were preparing for a test that they will be taking today afternoon. She had accompanied them until they finished revising and it was almost past midnight and this morning they woke up later than usual days.

They came out of their bedroom running and took thier school bags and head out and she lock the door and gate.

Amelia hug them and the familiar car pull over near them and a man came out and stood before them.

"Good morning Miss Smith and young master and young miss" he greet politely bowing his head a little.

"Good morning assistant Lucas... You here?"

"Good morning uncle... Mom see you later" both Akira and Alex bid their farewell.

"Wait... I'm sorry young master and miss but I'll be taking you to school today..." He said awkwardly scratching his head. He cleared his throat "mmh Miss Smith I mean I was ordered to be your driver"

"I'm sorry mind my bad manners... I'm Luke, Lucas twin brother. Boss Walker sent me here to escort you every where you want"

"Thank you Mr Luke but I can't accept this. Boss has gone alot already and the car" she declined the offer politely.

"I'm really sorry Miss but the kids are going to be late if we delaying them. Young master and miss please" he opened the back door for Akira and Amelia and passenger's seat for Alex.

"Uncle who is boss?" Alex asked breaking the silence.

Luke chuckled "Boss is Mr William Walker. You want to meet him?"

"No but I'm curious uncle"

"What are you curious about young master?"

"he drop mom at home yesterday and today he sent you to drive us. He is generous. Kiara what if boss like mom?" He blunted and Amelia and Luke chock of saliva.

"Alex you don't talk like that about my boss" Amelia warned.

"But mom..."

"No Alexander Smith" she stopped him quick. What will Luke say when her child shamelessly blunt that her boss might like her. He might even mistake her to have a crush on her boss and now her children are selling her out.

On the other hand Luke bursted with laughter and it echo inside the car. He wanted to imagine his boss liking the other gender but he couldn't get the picture. That man despites women in fact despite is an understatement he hate them with everything he has.

If he was to choose between death and liking women I bet he will choose to die. Ahh this is hilarious, what am I even thinking. Luke thought.

"Pardon my son Mr Luke for spouting such nonsense" she apologized glaring dangerously at Alex as if telling him that if Luke tells her boss what he said she will deal with him.

"You don't have to worry Miss Smith whatever happened in this car stay in this car. Forgive young master I know he didn't mean to upset you" he smiled. "We are here" he announced.

"Bye mommy and uncle" both Akira and Alex bid their farewell getting out of the car and Luke accelerated to their next destination.

"Thank you" She walk to towards the elevator and pressed first floor.

The elevator open and the first person her eyes met with was Mr Gray. She hissed and walk to the reception.

"You are two minutes late Ms Smith"

Lord who did I offend to meet the old man so early in the morning. She asked herself inward. "Good morning Mr Gray. What can this receptionist help you with this early?" She asked not looking at him.

"Ms Smith I believe that my assistant left you work to do yesterday. I came to pick up"

This man is so disgusting and the nerve to shamelessly tell her that he is here to pick up. Why can't he do his work instead of sending it to me. Amelia wanted to tell him that but reframe because he was still her senior.
