Amelia could only thank her stars that she believes in dreams, astrology and horoscope. She took her phone on the nightstand and quickly check horoscope for the 18th June

Horoscope 18th June

She read the horoscope and made a little prayer before she went to bed again turning off the lamp on the nightstand.

Amelia was in kitchen the next morning, preparing breakfast. She was humming a little tune as she fried eggs and scramble them out of the fraying pan. She carried the dishes she prepared to the kitchen counter where she served them on individual possible seats.

She look up when she head light steps coming and it was Akira and she looked sleepy. Amelia watch her getting close to her with sloppy steps.

She shake her head and hug her leaving a kiss on her forehead. "Morning my love... You look tired did you sleep well?"

Akira yawned carelessly and set down. "Good morning mom. I think I'm just hungry that's all"

"Is your brother coming?"

"good morning family... Smells so delicious what are we having" Alex appeared from the corridor looking opposite to the sloppy Akira. He kiss his mom and Akira.

"someone is in good mood"

"Well big sis this brother of yours is ready for the day. You know mom I woke up feeling like something is about to happen and I'm sure it's good"

Amelia nod in understanding. "I feel it too"

"I wish I was feeling it too" she yawned again. " Mom can I sleep a little I'll eat when I wake up again" she asked.

"okay bun you can go. Make sure you eat when you wake up" she look at her suspiciously but she said nothing.

Akira left the kitchen. And when she disappeared from the kitchen it was when Amelia moved her eyes from her and turn to Alex.

"Alex did by any chance Akira stay on the rain yesterday or under a cold shower?"

"No I don't remember her going outside yesterday after we came back from school and shower it's a no no." He answered absent minded. He was too engrossed in eating his breakfast.

"I see"

She ate while thinking what could be a problem with Akira all of a sudden. A light bulb appeared as she had figured out why she was sick. 'This child will be the death of me one day' she thought shaking her head.

She finished eating and went to prepare to go to the market. It was still raining a little so she wore a black skinny jean with a black tank to and a bomba jacket. She look at herself in the mirror and tied up her hair into a messy bun leaving some strands of hair untied. She took her purse and check Akira before heading out.

Two hours later she came back with Winnie and her two years old daughter Mimi. They sat on the living room while she unpack the paper bags in kitchen and hand the remaining paper bag to Akira. "This is yours sweet" she got her medication to lessen her period pains and something to nurse them.

"Maybe we should let my husband handle this issue" Winnie's husband FBI agent.

"It's okay Winnie I will contact your husband if that girl doesn't stop harrassing my son. For now let's focus here. Kiara, Alex!" She call her kids while she and Winnie prepared for cooking.

"Yes mom"

"We are cooking together right. I was thinking that we make beef goulash with tagliatelle. What do you think?" They all agreed with their head. "Then take your positions"

Alex took vegetables, wash them and cut them and Akira decided to make a dessert with Mimi. Amelia chopped meat and fry while waiting for Alex to finish cutting vegetables. And Winnie prepared pasta. In 40 minutes everything was already lined up in the kitchen counter and Akira and Mimi's cheesecake was in the fridge.

"Wow we did it" they exclaim happily and sat down and started eating. "I have something to tell you all" Amelia started and the all look at her with curiosity.

"Thank you Winnie for being my only friend and for being there for us all the time. I appreciate you alot" she said holding Winnie's hand.

"I will forever remain your friend Ammy and as for these two they are my children too. I love you guys alot"

"You are a good person Winnie. And the second thing I wanted to say is... " She gaze at Akira and Alex. "I think it's time I look for your father, you two deserve to know him"

"Really mom!" Their eyes widen in disbelief and soon it was replaced with excitement. "Wow mom that would be cool. I have alot of questions for him" Alex couldn't hide his excitement while Akira kept quiet.

"Are you not happy to find your dad Kiara?" Winnie who noticed Akira first asked.

"I am but what if he doesn't like us or he has another wife after Aunt Hazel died"

Amelia had told them the truth about what happened between her and their father and Hazel even though she herself didn't have the whole story of what happened between Hazel and her husband and her too.

"Why do think like that honey?" Amelia asked. Her heart aches for her children, they where young to be caught up in all this.

"Mom, dad had never look for me after Aunt Hazel died. Who knows what led them to separate from the first place that made Aunt Hazel to leave me with you?" She said her eyes welled up with tears.
