Elena's POV.
Marie had slept over in my place and I woke up to her cursing aggressively as she looked at her phone.
"What the hell is this? Why are we all being called to work this early? " She sobbed playfully and I could see the annoyance that was building up as well.
I picked up my phone to also see the SMS on my lock screen.
"Mummy is aunty. Marie alright?" Kanu mumbled as he sat upright, rubbing his eyes as he yawned.
"Yeah, she is." I chuckled softly as I pulled him in before pecking his cheeks. "Hope you slept well?"
"How can aunty be alright when she just got an SMS from work?" She got up as she murmured.
"Okay, wake up your sister." I told Kanu who quickly poked Kiana thrice before she got up.
Marie went to her house to get ready as I got Kanu and Kiana set for school
