The car pulled up in front of a villa. She unconsciously took a step backward as she looked at the imposing gates. This magnificent family was not something she could afford to climb high. "Excuse me, this is ......" The lawyer smiled lightly and did not answer, only made an inviting gesture and let her step inside the door. A thin layer of sweat seeped out of her forehead. The company's main business is to provide a wide range of products and services to the market. Further up, she met his star-stained eyes. "It's you?" Callista exclaimed. The sight of last night's affair suddenly appeared before her eyes, and she blushed abruptly, her eyes drifting away, not daring to look at him again. "Yes, it's me, Mr. 'L'." She cursed in her mind. She knew that he had saved her, but she was rare and unconvinced, and that word thank you was stuck in her throat, never to be spat out again. "You, your name?" After a moment of stalemate, she broke the silence. "Armondo, remember that name." He gave his own name in a rare moment. "Mr.Louis, what did you save me for?" She looked at herself, her body was empty, her resume was full of stains, and there was nothing worthy of his attention. So what did he want? Armondo was silent, but pulled a pistol from his belt and played with it in his hands for a while. Across the table, she fidgeted a bit. He suddenly raised his hand and pointed the black hole of the gun straight at her. "Who instructed you to drug yourself?" Callista was confused: "I did it myself ......" With a clang, she heard a vase behind her shatter. She shuddered in fear: "Mr. Louis, you put down the gun first, have a good talk." Bullets don't have eyes, she just got out of jail, don't just hang up all of a sudden and inexplicably. "If you don't want me to open you up, then tell the truth." She said stiffly, "I'm telling the truth, I wanted to go crazy with Herman and didn't want to make the mistake of getting into your bed and drugging you." He looked at her with cold eyes. Callista was exactly his usual type, and she actually happened to be in his room last night, and just when he wasn't awake, it was all too much of a coincidence. Suspicions abounded. Moreover, she made herself out to be a watery woman, but he found a smear of blood red on the sheets of last night's tangle. It was her first time. He likes clean women, but the more Callista does this, the more suspicious he becomes. "I'm giving you one last chance." The gun was pressed against her head. She took a deep breath, "It's really me ......" Armondo didn't hesitate to pull the trigger. She rushed to close her eyes in fear, and after a muffled sound, she was surprised to find herself alive. He withdrew the pistol. In fact, he was just scaring her. "Don't think you're cleared of suspicion." He raised his eyes, his words wrapped in frost and snow. She already had a trifle of clarity in her mind. Someone had backstabbed him, and she happened to show up and take the brunt of his number one suspicion. If you think about it, even she herself would not believe her words, how could she go to the wrong room in a good way? Could someone really be taking advantage of herself? Seeing Rose's surprised look, it shouldn't be her doing. Then who else could it be? Her head was spinning fast, but she had no idea. Callista smiled unconcernedly: "Mr. Louis is shirking his responsibility with this statement?" At that, he turned around slightly. She continued boldly: "It is obvious that your enemy wanted to take revenge on you and accidentally involved me, isn't it your responsibility?" Taking herself off cleanly. "On what basis did you conclude that it was my enemy?" He asked rhetorically. She smiled, revealing a mouthful of neat little white teeth, "Simply because I have no enemies!" The corners of Armondo's mouth twitched. He had never seen a woman with more enemies than her. Thinking of the total on her file, he sneered, "You don't have enemies, you just see them as enemies." Callista retorted, "I never saw them as enemies, they saw me as an enemy!" They see her as a thorn in their side. They trampled on her and rubbed her down. Three years ago, she was almost r***d by Rose's first boyfriend. But what did Field Family think of her? They said she was a slut, that she was indecent, that she had it coming. Later, Rose's first love was caught cheating on her, but she was forever branded as a seducer of her sister's boyfriend. As with her illegitimate daughter status, she was told to never hold her head up. Over the years, her reputation has been pretty much ruined, so it's not surprising that even a felony like embezzlement happened to her. This was the first time in all these years that she had retorted. Tears of aggravation swirled in her eyes. "What are you crying for?" Armondo looked at her with cold eyes. She wiped away a handful of tears from the corner of her eyes, "You are young and talented, how can you understand the sorrow of a small person like me?" His eyes sank slightly. He quickly took out the bullets from the belt pouch of his uniform, filled the magazine of his pistol, and then pulled her out of the room with one hand. Outside the room the sky was wide and the clouds were low. All around was silent, wide and open. The breeze blew his hair, and his handsome face was cold and steely as he raised his pistol and fired three shots into the sky. The sound of the gunshot was deafening. "You do it." He handed the pistol into her hand. She held the pistol, at a loss, and the gun rolled like a branding iron that could not be gripped. "Release the gun." She suddenly raised the pistol very boldly, and, like Armondo, sent the three remaining bullets into the air. The powerful recoil shook her arm. She sat limply on the ground, her fingers trembling slightly, and only then did she realize that what she was holding was a real gun and a real bullet. She was a little scared, but at the same time, there was a kind of pleasure that she had never had before. The gloom in her heart seemed to be cleared away. Armondo looked at her and nodded slightly, she was not the kind of dainty woman he was not used to. There was a little appreciation in his heart. She looked at her reddened palms and put her fingers to her nose to sniff lightly. "What's wrong?" He asked her condescendingly. "It smells like sulfur." After a pause, she added, "It smells good." Armondo curled his mouth unconcernedly. Boring woman. "So, what exactly do you want me to do?" Callista had figured out by now that she was notorious and had nothing to fear from being used by him. It didn't matter what kind of use she had, what mattered was that he was able to help himself. "Stay and be my wife." She almost choked on her own saliva. "Mr.Louis, please don't joke around." "It's not a joke." Armondo's face was cold and serious. He suspected her and wanted to keep her around to investigate, so the easiest way to do that was to make her his woman.
