Xandra and I got up early the next morning to go back and scout the headquarters for the hunters. I could tell she was uneasy about the plan. It was pretty brazen of Jess to bait the hunters this way, but she wanted them angry and impulsive. She wanted to catch them off guard so they rush into attacking us again. Only this time we'll be ready.
