"Smart choice. Now, why are you guys back on my lands?"
"You're a fool if you think you can get away with tearing Mark apart without us coming back for retribution!" the older of the two men said. He was average height, shaggy hair with freckles littering his face.
"So, you all have a death wish then?" Zach started growling, followed by three more growls from the shadows. I heard the woman's heart rate increase now.
"Wait!" she screamed, taking a step between us and the men. "We didn't come to attack, I promise!"
