I wish I was brave
Hayes stands by my side, as they walk through the door. I immediately push him out of the way making sure Jeff can’t say. Hayes falls onto the stairs and send me glares in annoyance.
“Alex what the f**k?!?” He shouts.
I watch as Jeff looks around the room for me. I try to distance myself from Hayes, the bathroom door is how far I get.
While I’m there I overhear a group of people gossiping.
“I heard he’s coming tonight. Since Rebecca broke up with him, and he lost his scholarship he’s like rogue.” A guy from the group says.
I’ve seen the guy who’s leading this conversation before, he’s a football player at our school.
I roll my eyes at the gossip until someone from the group says something strange.
