But there are secrets I’ve just got out of the shower when the doorbell rings. When I go into my room my phone is shaking so vigorously that it falls on the ground and the battery comes out of it. The quakes stop immediately. I stand at my bedroom window. Flashbacks of when police lights flashed outside my window, run through my mind. I’m shaking now, even though I’m not cold. To make things worse, I hear the garage door open, and there’s no car in sight. Hair still dripping wet and wrapped in a towel I run to the kitchen in panic.
