Kairi lay back on her bed and checked the time on her phone.
It was almost time for Scott to fall asleep. She just had to wait a little longer.
It was probably due to her anger, but as Kairi lay on her bed, she eventually fell asleep. When she woke up, it was already morning.
When Kairi got up, Scott's bed was already empty. She quickly checked her phone and realised that it was almost time to go to work.
