BELLA’S POV
“Hey Max, you are here do come in,” I said and made the way for him to enter.
“Sure, I can’t keep you waiting for a single extra second” he replied and pecked my cheek.
It is 6:50 pm and he is not supposed to be here until the next ten minutes. But Max would rather be early than to keep me waiting even for a second.
He looked around the house as if trying to ensure that there was no other person in it but the two of us and so I asked. “Is there a problem?”
“No, no, where is Lily?” he stammered.
“She is gone for the night and would not return tonight” I replied. “Do come and have your seat” I led him to a cushion.
“It’s been a long time here, baby,” he said.
“And now I am glad to have you here with me” I replied.
“And where are the rest?” he inquired.
