Chapter Eleven Meghan Taking the carafe of red wine from Chris’s kitchen counter, I turn and step in against the dinner table beside Chris, who is seated with our guests. I place the vessel down beside the wine glasses while their conversation continues, unabated. The tradition of a Sunday roast will never grow old for me, especially with Sundays like today.
