The Phoenix’s flame was so bright under the night sky, even the heavy rain couldn’t stop it. Thaeros noticed that the winged-creatures shifted their focus and attacked the Phoenix. The Sea Serpent moved and crawled swiftly through the air, mouth wide open to stop the magical bird from killing a mass portion of its cronies. Flame arrows flew straight to the sea monster and it wailed in pain, making the sea vibrate wildly. The Phoenix let out a screeching sound and flew over the Sea Serpent, shooting it with more flames. It spread out its wide wings made up of fire and scorched down, spinning in the air while its fire spiraled, trailing behind its tail. And as the Phoenix and the Sea Serpent collided, the sea shook horribly, almost sending Azaiah’s ship tumbling down. The monster continued
