Tara POV
This past week has been seriously rough, I have been going through a lot, from losing my virginity to Kai; being forced to attend a family dinner, the house windows shattering and having that nightmare. I’m physically drained. I don’t even look the same anymore. I have dark circles around my eyes. I’m scared to sleep.
I know if I sleep she will come back, I still hear her screams and warnings every time I try and sleep. Its been hours of tossing and turning since I had that bad dream, I didn’t even realise when the sun came up; my mother came into the room wearing a bright yellow dress but looking just as worn out as me. She was playing with her fingers nervously.
