This morning Nayna woke up, she didn't find her husband, but Nayna didn't really care. Nayna came out of her room and saw that her mother-in-law was in the kitchen.
"Nayna, are you awake?" asked Windi, Nayna's mother-in-law.
Nayna nodded her head, she immediately approached her mother-in-law.
"What do you want to cook, Mom?" asked Nayna who tried to look okay even though her marriage to Lukas was not going well.
"Cook chicken and spaghetti, this is Lukas' favorite food." Windi said with a smile, it was clear that Windi really loved her son.
"Oh, Mom lives alone here? Where is Dad-in-law?" asked Nayna.
"Dad has passed away, so Mom lives alone, Lukas has rarely come home, he hasn't come home for almost a month and Mom is alone here." Windi's hands peeled the shallots carefully.
"Where does Lukas work?" asked Nayna.
Windi frowned.
"You don't know where Lukas works? Were you guys dating before?" asked Windi feeling strange.
Nayna just remembered that her and Lukas' marriage was very sudden and her mother definitely didn't know, Nayna immediately thought of how to answer her mother-in-law's question.
"We were dating but I don't know where he works, because we weren't that close before." Nayna made an alibi so that her mother-in-law wouldn't be suspicious.
"Oh,"
Lukas came there carrying a plastic bag filled with vegetables, Nayna frowned because this was the first time she saw a man shopping.
"Mom, let me cook, you just wait there." Lukas asked Windi to rest.
"No Lukas, I want to cook for you." said Windi.
"Let me and Nayna cook, you just rest." Lukas put his arm around his mother and took her to sit on the sofa.
Meanwhile, Lukas immediately cooked but Nayna just kept quiet because she was still confused by what she saw now, Lukas cooking? How is that possible? That was Nayna's thought.
Lukas stared at Nayna while signaling for Nayna to help him.
Nayna immediately cut the vegetables that Lukas had just bought, Nayna also fried the chicken that had been seasoned by her mother-in-law earlier.
"Be careful, it will get oily," Lukas said, looking curt but Nayna felt that Lukas' words were Lukas' affection for her.
Nayna shook her head because she was too quick to conclude even though last night she could clearly hear that Lukas let her jump off the bridge, even though in the end it was Lukas who forbade Nayna from jumping.
They finished cooking, Nayna ate with the mother and child, Nayna ate the food greedily because she didn't eat dinner last night.
Nayna saw Lukas in a different version, now Nayna saw Lukas who was very kind to his mother, even Lukas would do anything for his mother.
Suddenly Nayna felt nauseous, Nayna immediately ran to the bathroom because she couldn't stand the nausea anymore.
"Follow your wife," Windi ordered Lukas.
"No ma'am, just leave her alone." Lukas put food back into her mouth.
"Follow Lukas, who knows your wife might be having a hard time," said Windi.
Lukas immediately left there to follow Nayna into the bathroom.
Nayna threw up the food she had just eaten, Nayna looked fine but why did Nayna throw up?...
Lukas just stared at Nayna who had just come out of the bathroom.
"What's wrong with you?" asked Lukas.
"Maybe I caught a cold," answered Nayna.
Lukas immediately left Nayna to return to the dining table, Nayna just followed behind Lukas.
They sat back down and continued eating together.
"Sorry ma'am, I'm a little nauseous maybe I caught a cold." Nayna said to her mother-in-law.
"Lukas, you have to check Nayna. I'm afraid my daughter-in-law is sick," said Windi.
"No ma'am, I just feel nauseous." Nayna denied it.
"Nayna, you better get checked, if you're healthy, mom can be relieved, Lukas you have to take your wife to get checked." Windi asked Lukas.
Lukas just nodded his head, for his mother Lukas would do anything.
"Okay Mom, I'll take Nayna to get checked." Lukas said.
At the hospital.
Lukas just waited outside because Nayna was being examined by the doctor, Lukas fiddled with his cellphone and it turned out there were a lot of messages from his men that Dion had run away, Lukas didn't really mind it because Lukas also wanted to know how far Dion would destroy him.
"Mr. Lukas, please come in." said the doctor who had just examined Nayna.
Lukas sat beside Nayna who was just silent, Nayna looked very sad and it was very visible from her gloomy face.
"Congratulations Mr. Lukas, you will have a child." The doctor said with a smile etched on her lips.
Lukas was shocked by the doctor's words, how could he be a father when he had never done anything with Nayna.
Lukas stared sharply at Nayna who was currently just looking down.
Nayna was very afraid of Lukas, especially Lukas married Nayna because Lukas bought Nayna from his uncle, Nayna also did not expect that she would be pregnant with Dion's child. Nayna really regretted her actions with Dion.
Lukas and Nayna went home after buying the medicine, Lukas looked at Nayna who was still gloomy.
"Who's the father?" Lukas asked, emphasizing his words a little.
"Dion," Nayna answered hesitantly.
Lukas took a deep breath, it was obvious that Lukas was very disappointed in Nayna, even Lukas was also disappointed because he bought Nayna at a very expensive price.
"Are you going to divorce me?" Nayna asked.
There was no answer from Lukas, even when they went home Lukas was silent, not looking at Nayna at all.
Nayna was immediately greeted by Windi who was currently very curious about Nayna's examination results.
"How is Nayna?" Windi asked Lukas but unfortunately Lukas did not speak, he went straight into his room.
Windi approached Nayna.
"How is it?" Windi asked.
"I'm pregnant, Mom." Nayna said hesitantly.
"Your guess is right, when I was pregnant I was the same, I only felt nauseous once and got pregnant right away, congratulations." Windi hugged Nayna like a mother to her child.
"Lukas must be happy, but don't worry because Lukas rarely shows his happy expression," Windi added.
"Yes, Mom," said Nayna.
