From Alpha to Luna

What happens now

My mind was spinning and I couldn’t think with his scent filling the room. I got up walked over to the balcony doors and opened them to let a breeze in. We needed some fresh air flow in this room. When I turned around he was silently staring at me. Ok, this was about all I could take.

So I said do you wanna reject me? Do you want to find a prettier mate? I don’t even know how this will work. I’m an alpha, I love being the leader of my pack. So do I wanna be a Luna? I don’t know. Playing second fiddle to you? I don’t know. I just word vomited all my thoughts. I went back and slumped in my chair. Every thought in my head just came flying out my mouth with no control.

He just looked at me slightly panicked and said of course I want you to as my mate. I don’t know how this will work either. I’m sure we can figure this out. But the moon goddess paired us up. Its fate. We have to be together. We need to be together.

I sighed probably the biggest sigh ever. He wants me, I felt relieved and a little scared. Scared of what the future holds. But maybe for once In my life I don’t have to see the whole picture. I don’t have to know how this going to work. I can just be happy that it’s happened and we will figure it out along the way. I sighed again.

So I got up I walked over to him and I touched his hand that was gripping the chair arms. He immediately relaxed a little. It did feel calming to touch him. It was a tingle that made me feel relieved. He stood up. It felt like he towered over me. He must be atleast 6ft tall. I had to look up at him.

Standing this close I was kind of in awe of him. His arm muscle was huge. I looked him up and down. Then I got slightly embarrassed at the realization that he was watching me check him out. I know my cheeks were pink with embarrassment now. He raised his hand and cupped my cheek, gently raising my head to were I was looking at him. His eyes I could look into them forever. Then I got a little excited because I get too. I get to look into those eyes forever. He was my mate. My other half.

He ever so gently leaned down close to my face and kissed my lips. The softest kiss but wow did it pack a punch. I think fireworks actually went off. I felt sparks. I never felt anything like it in my life. When it was over I literally felt a chill as his lips left mine.

Is this what I get to look forward to for the rest of my life.

Just then the door burst open, I almost jumped out of my skin. It was my beta, he came bursting in the room and said we have a problem. There’s a fight at the party.

I almost forget there was a party going on. I had completely blocked everything else out of my mind. I don’t even know how long we’ve been up here or what time it was. But I know this is my pack grounds and I was gonna have to deal with this. At the same time both me and Derek said I will handle it. I just glared at him. He did not just try to handle my business on my land. I said excuse me. My beta chuckled. Derek smirked and said I got this for you.

Again i glared. I said no sir, you do not got this for me. I can handle this myself. He didn’t even have a chance to respond. I walked past Greg and headed for the room the party was in. Derek and Greg on my heels as back up. When I got to the room I heard two male voices yelling at each other. One was saying she’s my mate. The other was saying she’s my girlfriend. I could see the girl happily standing aside as the two idiots fought over her. So I headed in that direction. Really hoping I didn’t have to punch someone. I just got my nails done. I will do it. But they looked so cute freshly painted I didn’t want too.
