Cassian:      My body is burning up. I can feel it changing. The air is cold. It's making me shiver. It feels like someone is hammering metal in my head. My skin is tight. My muscles feel like they're being cut into pieces. Dom is kneeling in front of me with a worried expression on her face. The transition has started and for the first time in a very long time, I'm scared.      "You need to feed a little more, Cassie," she whispered probably knowing how sensitive my hearing is right now.      "I can't," I choked out pushing the chalice of blood away from me.      She sighed setting it aside for the moment.
