Kreon pulled up to his apartment complex and murdered the engine, hopping out of his whip. He slammed the door behind him and came around the back of the vehicle, just as Odette was jumping out. Kreon came to stand beside her and interlocked his fingers with hers, staring up at the building. He narrowed his eyelids into slits and Odette held a hand above her brows, being blinded by the blazing sun.
