CHAPTER ELEVEN“Oh, my God, Kreon, I’ve never done something like this before,” Odette said, grinning. Her back was to Kreon, and he was tying a bandana around her eyes.
“There’s a first time for everything,” he replied with a smile, pulling the ends of the bandana tight. He then turned her around and grabbed her by her hand, leading her toward the door. Stopping at the coat rack, he took down her purse and passed it to her. Blindfolded, she hoisted the strap of the purse over her shoulder and allowed him to lead her out of the front door.
Kreon opened the front passenger door for her and helped her inside, buckling her up. He then ran around to the driver side door and hopped in, slamming the door shut behind him. He cranked up his car and threw it into drive before pulling off.
