She was as beautiful as the visions had shown—silver hair, storm-gray eyes, a presence that radiated warmth and power. "You're together," I whispered. "Both of you." "We never left each other," Elena said softly. "Not really. Death couldn't separate what love had joined." Selene stepped forward, her gaze searching my face. "You've done more than we ever dreamed, Lena. Built alliances. Transformed creatures. Created hope where there was only despair."
