Cali looked beautiful laying naked on my bed, and for a second I was struck by how lucky I was. Not just because she was so insanely gorgeous but because she had given me another chance at being her man.
I wasn’t foolish enough to take her for granted again. I knew I wouldn’t get another chance. So I had been doing everything in my power to make her know how special she was to me. Mainly that involved lots of mind-blowing s*x. Neither of us minded that.
