“What is it? Tell me now!” Lucas barked, standing up so fast his chair slid back and hit the wall.

Malcom swallowed hard and finally spoke. “It’s Jessica… she’s gone to take your mother and Sophia from the hospital. She found out you saved rose. She thinks rose will expose her secret.”
