Savanna walked quietly into the guest room where Gwen lay, twisting and turning like she was trapped in a bad dream. Her face was pale, lips trembling, a thin line of sweat glistening on her forehead. Savanna frowned and stepped closer. “What’s wrong with this woman?” she muttered under her breath. She reached out and gently touched Gwen’s shoulder. Gwen gasped loudly, bolting upright, clutching her chest like her heart had just stopped. Her wide, confused eyes locked on Savanna. “Who… who are you?” Gwen asked, her voice shaking. Savanna raised an eyebrow. “So, you don’t remember me?” Gwen blinked, breathing unevenly.
