That’s all I could say to myself. She pulled a stint on me that I wasn’t expecting, she had nearly ruined my reputation in front of the whole pack, not even minding the important people in the building as well. My family is well known in the society, we dine and party with the elites and wealthy people in the city. The governor's delegates and some important people that matter in this city are also here tonight.
Yet she stood on my podium and tried to make me look like a villain. She was so fearless when she stood up to me, and almost smiled in satisfaction as I thanked the moon goddess for giving me such a perfect mate. She is so beautiful, so damn perfect. I had to be so careful so I don’t start smiling like a f*****g i***t in front of everyone.
