  SELENA'S POV   "Who wants to kill your son?" I asked Gabriella as I entered her room.   I was on my way to bed when I overheard Gabriella pleading with someone on the phone about her son.   "Sis, what did you hear?" Gabriella asked, leaving me feeling confused.   "I heard you talking to someone, begging them not to hurt your son," I replied. She let out a sigh of relief before sitting down on her bed.   "What's wrong, Gabby?" I asked, joining her on the bed.   "It's nothing," she replied sharply, but I shook my head, not believing her answer.   "I don't believe you. I can tell when you're lying. Tell me. Did something happen to my nephew?" I stared into her eyes, searching for answers, but found none.   Her eyes remained blank, making it difficult to decipher her true emotions. "
