Harriet's POV. Penelope had not given me a time of her day. She had been raving about how Devon's younger brother was coming and she needed to set everything in order. I didn't know what the fuse was about but apparently each time I said that to Penelope, she glared at me and wouldn't speak to me for the next hour.
