New city

CHAPTER ONE 1

Come down dear, your daddy is waiting for you, my mum yelled from downstairs, I'm almost done mum 2 minutes, I yelled back you. don't have one Terisa. now start coming don't say letter on that I didn't warn you when you missed your flighth She yelled again. 

I still have two hours before my flight mum so ple..... No please or anything she cut me off and asked, have you thought of the traffic? oh yeah, I totally forgot about that. alright mum you won I'm coming, I look at my room one last time before turning on my heel and left to go downstairs.

 hmm sometimes I wonder how Dad keep up with her for so many years she is just impossible to deal with, but every time I ask that about it he will just say love overcomes everything. Sorry don't mind my manners I'm so forgetful I didn't introduce myself.

Well the name is Terisa Martin I'm 21 years old, and the second daughter also the last of the Martin family, my elder sister Tamika,  she is also my best friend, literary she's the only friend I have but sadly she is married, so I'm always alone no friends.

 well it's not like I don't want one, I just don't know how to make  friends,  my mum ivanka and my dad Martin, they are the best thing that ever happened to me and I couldn't have chosen a better parent than them, just so loving, caring, overprotective, sometimes a little annoying, but that whats parents are for right.

They want what's best for their children, and in process of doing so they usually forgot that it's their children life, and sometimes they have to make their own mistakes to learn from, it I love my dad so much, he is opposite of what my mum is, he's always quiet don't talk too much, but when he's angry mind your tongue like really pick your words wisely, if not  you'll get into big trouble, it's kinda hard to know what he's thinking or feeling

Unlike my mum she's always on top of her voice and on everybody's neck. even my dad,  but that's not my problem, he married her also said he loves that character of hers.

We are four in my family but the love we have for each other is an uncountable and unconditional and I love my parents so much. You must be curious of where I'm going, so let me feel you in a little bit, my sister Tamika and her husband Vicky asked me to come and visit for a while.

 before I go to college, even though I was really missing Tamika a lot I didn't say anything, brother Vicky has done a lot for me and my family, after my family went into a financial crisis, he has been there for us, so I don't want to be a burden or take advantage of his generosity.

 and yes you heard right brother Vicky, well if someone had told me 2 years ago that I will ever called him brother, I would have said they are dreaming, but he turned out to be more nice than I painted him, that's why they said don't judge a book by its cover.

 so in less than 2 hours I will be visiting my sister and my brother from another mother in their home, I don't know but, I'm excited to know and see what the new city will bring to me, and I can't wait to explore it.
