Chapter 38Sharon was sorting through the pile of fabrics for the tables when Don and Micah came in the front door. Don let Micah walk on ahead and he stopped where Sharon was working.
“Good morning, I’m glad to see that Micah’s back to work.”
“Yeah, tomorrow after the event you and I will go out to breakfast and talk about that.”
“Okay. Anyway, come with me to check out the appetizers the chefs are preparing.” Sharon pulled Don toward the kitchen. There was a lot of animated talk as the kitchen staff showed off the bruschetta, the stuffed mushroom caps and the deviled lobster and salmon.
