After dealing with Robert, I quickly headed out but abruptly stopped—I had no idea where Meredith had taken Eric.
A lycan maid passed by at this moment, carrying a bucket as if she was going to clean something. I called out to her, “Hello.”
The maid, startled by the greeting, took a step back. Clearly, she had never heard such a greeting in the Shadowridge Pack. “Hello, Luna Valeria.”
