Climbing to the summit of this mountain posed almost no difficulty; our group reached the top in just over ten minutes. The mountaintop was relatively flat but not very large—about the size of a basketball court. Though the slope was gentle, this peak was the tallest among the surrounding mountains. Standing atop it, looking down at the other peaks, one couldn't help but feel a surge of excitement—this was the highest mountain I'd ever climbed in my life. As for the Bottomless Pit, we could see it as soon as we reached the summit. Located right in the center of the top, with a few scattered rocks nearby, the opening rose about half a foot above the surrounding ground. Around the opening grew some long-leafed weeds, which, judging by their shape, were likely the Heart-Piercing Grass ment
