I froze, my eyes widening as I looked up into Damon's blue eyes. My heart pounded in my chest, and I was unsure of what to do in that exact moment... in that exact position.
Damon's hand gripped my waist firmly, and I felt his warm, almost comforting touch at my bare back, which made me shudder.
"Ahem!" Someone said sharply behind us.
