I stood there in awe as I was trying to understand what was going on. How could I be mated again? Not again. I did not want to be mated to anyone else. The only person I wanted to be with was Alpha Rowland, I thought. I feigned ignorance and moved forward, but the scent was not going away. I kept catching the scent and it became stronger.
